Obelisk Sync Story

The artist enjoyed and was inspired by early life visits to art galleries, art shows, and musical events. Influenced by modern art galleries (esp. the Albright Knox ( now Buffalo AKG) & Burchfield-Penney Art Galleries). These provided exposure to the work of modern and impressionist artists such as: Pollock, Dali, Kandinsky, Picasso, Miro, Monet, Seurat, and Van Gogh, the artist started painting abstractly at the age of 11. This continued through his early twenties. Having sold only one early work…he destroyed his early paintings save the one that was sold and moved on to other endeavors. As with most creatives, the artist did not/could not give up on creation. These endeavors include: photography, design, drawing, poetry, and interests in architecture. The artist resumed painting again in his thirties. A number of these works made it into the public arena via art shows, and private sales . Works of visual, sonic and literary natures continued to bubble up through the din of life. Currently an amalgam of digital works, music, and photography creatively consumes the artist. The works on this site represent the artist’s most current works of visual and sonic endeavor. Please enjoy…
